Vampire Valentine's EP Pale Dawn is the band's full-frontal descent into the post-punk/gothic sound, bringing booming basslines and that signature guitar that the scene has adopted as their own. With each member now knowing exactly what they want to do, the EP is a dark story from start to finish while maintaining that sound they created with Dry Remains while also expanding on it at the same time. The band know their sound, and they are sticking to it. Tracks like 'Tears' and 'Crimson' are no doubt stellar standouts for the band and really cement the boys in the scene and make you want more from them.
