5. Artist Submissions

You own all rights to the submitted materials or have obtained all necessary permissions and licenses
The submitted materials do not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights
All information provided is accurate and truthful
You are legally authorized to enter into agreements (18+ or with parental/guardian consent)

Submission Review:

Submitting materials does not guarantee a response, contract, or any business relationship
We reserve the right to accept or reject any submission at our sole discretion
Submitted materials remain your property, but by submitting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to review, evaluate, and store your submission
We do not charge any fees for submission review or consideration

6. User-Generated Content

If you submit comments, feedback, or other content to the Site (excluding artist submissions covered in Section 5), you grant Morella Records a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for any purpose.

You are solely responsible for any content you submit and must ensure it does not:

Violate any laws or regulations
Infringe upon any third-party rights
Contain defamatory, obscene, offensive, or harmful material
Include personal information of others without consent
